I would just love to punch O`Rielly right in the kisser. Right in his smug, misinformed, over opinionated, tool for the governments, ugly mug.

Pot should not be a crime. If you have adults who can drink alcohol legally, you should be able to smoke pot legally. Most of all you shouldn`t have people going to jail, ever, for smoking or having pot.

That guy actually held his own against Bill-o. I commend him on being prepared. Pot smokers aren`t necessarily the poster boys for studying.

As much as I seriously doubt Bill O never had any alcohol, if by any chance that he hasn`t, then his opinion on this matter is completely irrelevant.

Consider the big picture. The author of the book was about to mention this, but if you look at alcohol, it was at one point made illegal. This opened the door to organized crime, speak easy`s.

Same holds true with drugs, with the exception that they were never legal to begin with.

People like Bill O who are stubborn and close minded, shouldn`t be allowed on TV. Who was it again who said "Everyone is entitled to at least 15min of fame."?

In any case, I think Bill O has exceeded that time period by more than enough IMHO.

^Most drugs have been legal at one point(just look up cocaine tooth drops). Marijuana was legal a little more than 70 years ago, it wasn`t made illegal in the U.S. until 5 years after alcohol prohibition ended.

@funberg: Ya, you are right. I forgot lol, I was aware that even heroine was not only legal, but readily available in pharmacies in the early 1900`s.

It`s too bad the lawmakers don`t recognize how much of a waste of money, and how much trouble it is to have drugs illegal.

But then again, what can I say other than there is incompetence in every level of business and administration.

I don`t see the problem. Bill O`reilly pushed him, but it always led to a proper rebuttal by the author. I know Bill has cut people off before, but he offered this man more than a fair shot at explaining his stance. That`s proper journalism on Bill`s part and good preparation by the author.

Most of you here, like Omeko, sound like bitter grudge holding little girls.
