Its not wind, anyone can do that on a pole. Its a little hard but just use the lower arm to prop your body up.

We used to do that in summer camp.

We have half a dozen pictures of buddies doing the same thing during Ike. And that D-bag is doing it in the daytime. Anyone who actually went through Ike knows it made landfall at midnight. So yeah, double fake.

Simple leverage.
Left elbow in the hip is the pivot point, right armpit wrapped over pole delivers the power. Anyone can do this.
