Its obvious they are on some kind hallucinogen like, PCP, LSD etc. Meth is psychostimulant, which pretty much works like cocaine. Which stimulates and enhances dopamine. Thats why they are called happy drugs. Dopamine is the brain chemical that is responsible for making a person happy.

When i was a kid we had some crazy guy on PCP run up to our door butt naked and start pounding and yelling. My Dad who was in the living room where the door was yelled "Fuck Off" as loud as he could. The guy ran off to a house down the street and smashed through their door. There were a group of friends inside playing games and it took 5 of them plus one of them wailing on him with a bat to subdue the guy. The police came by my house and found the guys clothes in the front yard later that night.
