Go to IMDB and vote it up. This is one of my all time favorite movies. It didn`t get nearly the attention it should have. I wish they`d make as sequel. I own the special edition, and in the "making of" and special features, everyone came back to talk about the film EXCEPT that douche Tom Cruise.
Someone should make a petition for a sequel. They do too much CG now, I want to see more make-up and special effects like this. Tim Curry is still around too.

Legend, the dark crystal, labyrinth, secret of nihm, the never ending story...that pretty much sums up my early childhood.

The fantasy movie genre just isnt what it used to be. The only ones lately that come close to that level of awesomeness is Pans labyrinth and LotR.
