I`m in good shape and I tried to do this shit in Odaiba(a city in Tokyo).

The weights are 30, 40 and 50kgs each. basically 60, 80 and 100 lbs. if you`re in the states.

As a side note, in Japan Firefighters are like the most atheletic/coordinated people in the country, their like the Navy seals of Japan basically, or atleast that "image" of them exists here.
