Most of the time the Government isn`t involved in creating jobs, this isn`t communism. If everyone keeps outsourcing the good jobs, well I wouldn`t mind the gov helping out even if it`s shitty, it`s not their job to begin with.

^ The government has a big part of creating jobs; say this year instead of giving Israel their $30 billion allowance, we used that money to repair our roads, bridges, and LEVEES. That`s a lot of middle class construction and civil engineering jobs.

That and implementing tax laws that don`t favor outsourcing.

You`re right funberg, but nevertheless the government cannot control the economy like politics suggest, according to it almost seems like our economy is control by the government, sure it can have in impact but in the global economy it`s nothing they can control. But yes you`re right taxing can definitely make a difference.
