During all this, CIA attacked a sugar factory in Cuba, killing hundreds of workers. Only after USA agreed to neutralize their bases in europe and turkey (able to hit Moscow) the sovjets agreed not to give any more fuel to cuba. Result: Cuba to this day endures a trade embargo (on medical equipments, legal drugs and food), supported by every politician (including democrats, who -for the ron paul fans out there- still support massive investment in the military and keeping the current spending pace, making the rest of the world nervous)

"Bay of Pigs" wasn`t Kennedy`s fault and nor was the missile crisis.
The CIA has always launched operations without the approval of the Administration (nothing has changed except the CIA r now in power and look where that has gotten them, on the brink of WW3)

JFK has been the only President to put the fuckers in their place.
(He made that VERY clear in one of his speeches)
He may have just stopped WW3 from happening ....

CIA didn`t like getting told how to do their job and thought the president to be a liability to the country`s security so they assassinated him , RFK and others would follow..
To me , there is a big difference between being a liability and being Peacefully democratic....
But thats just my opinion.
