Every proffesional football player should be executed. The new generation should then be given reasonable wages instead of the retarded amount current ones get.
They will not question the descision for fear of being executed themselves and will no longer be egotistical tossers as they will realize how little worth their lives are. Then football can start to become a real sport again instead of a public disgrace.

we pay good money to see good players.

if you take all the money out of the sports i guarantee you wont see people playing as well as they did when the money was plentiful :P

and its true not every player plays for the money but i think when you have a choice to play for FREE in the world cup final or play for $5,000,000 you would pick the $5,000,000 and play just a little harder.

these players really are worth the money i think because there are hundreds of millions of football players out there and this is the best of the best.

if you ever see gaelic football you`ll see its one tough profesional sport over here. and sports men and women in gaelic are profesional.

they get paid nothing yet play the best they can. sports ment to be about winning for "your" team. their every day joes who have normal jobs.

if i even had the chance to play for ireland in the world cup id be proud to do it for free.

Pulpy Wulpy, check out tennis, you think they dont try hard? The top tennis players train far far far harder than football players and whilst they still are paid a great deal its nothing compared with the football players. Here in the UK players are paid ubsurd amounts of money, yet our team is still utter shit, we didnt even qualify for the last competetion despite countries who dont put as much of a spotlight on football and pay their players considerably less getting through. So no more money for individual players does NOT mean better football. They start to get arogant and feel they no longer need to train, they also dont get paid as much to play for their country as they do to play for their clubs so they put in no effort. Football players get paid the most out of any other widely played sport, and football players are also seen as the most arogant, egotistical and cheating bastards in any sport. Its gotten worse and worse with the more money they are given. To make them better you put the money into training facilities and such, not fueling their egos.
