I dont think its organized enough to call it a war, which is why I agree with Joe Biden on that little rant, if someone with a brain asked a few logical questions, like the "what then?", and congress should have used tools(before they`re all taken away!) like the "War Powers Resolution" to keep ol` Dick and Bush from turning it into the clusterfuck it is today...
