umm I disagree with you all... she didn`t deserve that... just cuz she was being a stubborn cow doesn`t mean you can fuckin electrocute her.... she was absolutely no physical threat... and even if she did take a swing STILL.. no threat?!... no weapons or aggression or anything... just a dumb stubborn cow... and you think they should tazer her? Cops aren`t that special.

You need to consider that she may have not been listening for any number of reasons. like a weapon hidden in vehicle, look at the guy who co-operated and was so nice but was a criminal on the run from the law. The police need to be careful in all cases since they are 90% targets.
