what does does watching this have to do with supporting communism or anything to do with it, it actually helps bring the world together...China is leaning more towards capitalism..they trade with most countries and building an event like this pretty much proves it. Here in the big cities of America they kick people out (myself included) of pre-war buildings to build new expensive buildings...so is all the same thing...

i wasn`t talking about communism....i`m talking about the community they destroyed to make room for the stadium. I`m not sure how you havn`t heard about that, unless your relying on fox news for your information...

IMO if your watching the olympic games, your supporting the idea of stripping people of their homes so people can play games. In that case I do hope they come to your town and plow over everything you`ve worked for your whole life so a few "athletes" can swim in a brand new pool.

I don`t even want to mention the other bullshit China did to hold the event....If you work, and one day your government told you your not allowed to drive every other day...what would you think about that? Pretty selfish to me....

This is the Olympics, this isn`t some China bashing festival. Although China has done some bad things, this is about the OLYMPICS. Notice this word. OLYMPICS. If there wasn`t an olympics there, would you rant about China being terrible? NO, just because they are in the spotlight, you have to bash them.

Like entertaininglyme said, America will uproot people from their homes to just build something stupid. The Dallas Cowboys` new stadium is sit right where a bunch of senior citizens were living in their old homes before being forcibly evicted because of Eminent Domain.
