The “Personal Use of Marijuana By Responsible Adults Act” would eliminate all federal penalties for possession of less than 100 grams of marijuana and the not-for-profit transfer of 1 ounce or less.

Me, personally, I live in California, where, as you saw, sure smoking marijuana is illegal, but at least we are one step ahead of 41 other states.

Hell, we even have our own pot-dispensing machines...

computermexican, you need to fix the link to part 3 on the part 2 page, it takes you to the 911 truth 3/3 link.

This is an old video this is from 2004/2005 but a good one, thanks for posting it.

I really hope the US pulls its head out of its ass and stops this nonsense.

I support LEAP, MPP, NORML, and I did write to my congressmen to support bill Hr 5843.

Now if only everyone were so politically active like we are, we could get some real change around here, but as usual we all just let this government rape us all and tell us why we like it so much.

Heres a hint for the average American "take a look around" because the USA is not what it was told to you in school, no its far from it.

But don`t worry the media will tell you what you want to hear, you can forget that you can get up and change something. Else we will all just continue to build more private prisons, arrest more and more every year until...... what? huh? whats next?

^Thank you for your action and support! The little blue links you are talking about has nothing to do with me. I posted all three parts and spiked linked them with said blue links in the description box. I would write them but doubt it would do anything. They continue to take my videos down. I wrote to ask them why and have not received an answer. I guess truth is a no no on spiked humor.

This episode really restores my faith in penn and teller. I disagree with them on this one, and they didnt convince me to change my mind. So its not THHAAAT one sided.

I`m anti drugs. Never done marijuana but i see it as a real grey area as a it has a lot of advocates with real arguments. Every thing else, keep it banned. Yes its your body, yes its your choice. But some people need to be protected from themselves when it comes to drugs like heroin. With the more hardcore drugs like methamphetamines or opiates there`s a point where drugs change from being a supplement to a requirement and start to become a person`s life, rather than something they do recrationally.
