It was labeled a Chinese Fighter Jet but then said it was a Russian SU-27 Flanker so...

It`s a Sukhoi SU-27 or a fighter which looks REALLY like it.

It`s an SU-35, Notice the Canards behind the cockpit. Those aren`t used in the SU-27. And The SU-35 is exported to many different Nations by Russia, those places including China and India.

SU-37

SU stands for the manufacturer: Sukhoi
37: Is the model number, different models have different components which are either enhancements or specializing the plane for a certain role Ie ground attack, interceptor, anti ship, etc...

(37 is a guess, because judging only on looks, it can be anything from an su-27 33 35 or 37)
