isnt that pretty normal when you introduce a type of food into your system that you havent eaten in a long time? I know some people who who didnt eat carbs for a year and when they ate pasta for the first time they became ill.

I can understand why they are upset: If I was forced to eat US food again, I would probably cry too (and be ill).

Edit: No Alpha Raptor I don`t mean British food. Actually this is a common stereotype usually made by people who have never even been to the UK and have heard it said in films or from their parents who went in the 1970`s and had a greasy fish and chips one time.

Actually British Cuisine is rapidly becoming one of the best in the world and I find the quality overall extremely high. Sadly though, it is also a lot more expensive than in most other countries :)
