Anyone can have an out of body experience, with enough practice. There`s lots of instructional books available. If you don`t believe it`s possible why not give it a try.

Not meaning to be rude but I have tried and even studied as much spiritualism and the rest of it as possible and still failed. Later when I became well-versed in let`s-not-believe-the-bullshit, I realized it was not possible.

Every time I project it`s always an indeterminate time in to the future. Robert Monroe`s tapes helped me achieve projection. His books are excellent and are a more scientific view toward spiritual concepts.

If you don`t have the patience and determination forget about it. It took my friend 8 years to get his first projection. Why does it take so long? Because most people can`t control their consciousness. It can take a while to whip your mind into the right shape.

You need to practise EVERYDAY. That`s the only way to get results in anything in life.

Man...i don`t understand why its so hard to believe that the human brain is capable of tricking our senses and makes us THINK were having an out of body experience. We are very vulnerable to things of this nature ladies and gentlemen you must take that into account.

Sorry for the double post but i find it very very annoying how if a person tries to have a spiritual experience even in scientifically controlled conditions if it doesn`t work its the PERSONS fault....no of course its not that the spiritual link doesn`t exist....*sigh*
