Barney Rubble from the Flintstones wonders why he needs 3 heads. I didn`t believe this the first time I heard it. I had to watch this 3 or 4 times and I still don`t know how it got past censorship.

I think the joke was equating head with intelligence, therefore Barney was implying he is very smart because he has two heads and don`t need three.

At least that`s my take.
