Strange, and in a way similar, thing happened in a nearby town. A convict, thief, came back from the prison and found out that his flat is no longer his. He was surprised that the government did not hold his flat (not really HIS, a state owned flat assigned to him) for him while he was in prison (yep, Europe and socialism, that is beside the point). He walked into the local Social Security Administration offices, armed with a knife and started to shout on the staff there, threatning them with that knife. One of those girls in sudden inspiration said with certainty: "You really better hide that knife or one of those other lowlifes here will steal it for sure". He quickly hid his knife, looked around and calmed down.
