This shit actually happens. Back when I was a kid and went trick or treating with my friends 30 years ago our parents would inspect the apples and those little popcorn balls we would get for razor blades or needles. Sad that such a tradition has gone to hell.

hellrazor, the whole razor blade in an apple is an Urban myth. There have only been two kids poisoned by Halloween candy in history. One poisoned his own kid for insurance money and the other kid accidently consumed his Uncles heroin, so his parents spiked his candy with the drugs to cover it up.
