it was just my avenger class armed troop transport intercepting a muton battleship on it`s way to initiate a terror mission. i shot it down with my plasma cannons and blew them all up with shoulder launched fusion missiles and when my troops returned to base i made a tidy profit selling all the loot and salvage.
