I was in Grade 7 and experienced exactly what he is talking about. I was a naive kid seen a man running for his life right past me, and dashed through a creek ravine. A couple of seconds later as I was walking along my path home I seen 4 police cruisers driving over the opposite direction of where the suspect was running. I thought oh maybe they are chasing the guy I had seen earlier, I should help the officers since these dumb asses are clueless. Keep in mind the suspect was over 6 feet tall, and I was at least 5`6. I told this asshole police lady the direction I had seen the suspect I believe they are after running. Instead of listening to me, I was immediately placed in the police vehicle, and considered the main suspect CASE CLOSED job well done. The bitch drove me to the group of other 4 police cruisers and told them all that she had caught the suspect. Only one officer to my luck told her she was wrong, let me go. That bitch was mad at her superior officer and insisted that she keep me and arrest me. He most probably outranked her and I was let go and that bitch kept calling me all that week for some statements, and my mother had to tell the bitch to fuck off i`m underage, she even threatened my mom but nothing came of it.

LESSON LEARNED never NEVER never NEVER talk to the COPS. I`m older now and still believe there is no point but I believe in Canada we don`t have a fifth, so I just play dumb like I don`t know anything and i am sleepy or have a headache , anything to seem not fit for questioning.

My friend`s older brother Josh was up in Northern California after absconding from his parole obligations in Lodi. He and his cholo friend Flaco were ordering everything off the menu at Denny`s, figuring that they could run out on the ticket.

After an hour or so, Josh walked out without letting Flaco know, leaving him to answer for the check that they couldn`t pick up.

Flaco ran out of there. The Eureka Police Department is one block away from the Denny`s, where people try to run from tickets all the time. They have a radio in there for such cases.

When Flaco was caught for running a few blocks down, the police took him into an alleyway and beat the hell out of him. He didn`t say shit the whole time. And you know what? He still got busted. Of course they tacked on that `assault on a peace officer` charge and all that crap.

He never said shit to the police.

Oh, innocent or guilty you don`t talk to WHATEVER. What the hell do you do in that situation? Does it help if your lawyer/public defender is a fast-talking cokehead?

Don`t talk to anyone at all, man. Whatever you do, whether you`re innocent (unlike Flaco) or guilty (Flaco), you`re still done for...
