Subway incidents like this are always fatalities because even though the top part is ok the bottom gets twirled like a string. the train is also acting as a tourniquet and as soon as they jack the train off him he will bleed out into his lower cavity. New yYork has had a few of these and they will call and get the victims families to say good bye before they kill him
