I guess you missed the memo that homosexuality while being shoved down societys throat so we don`t "offend" anyone. Homosexuality has been proven to be a natural defect, a quark, imperfection due to many possible circumstances.

Euthphyro, it is the biggest cop-out to say that the economy is due to the previous president. If that were true, the economy should have been great throughout W.`s first term (since Reagan and Bush Sr served 12 years altogether). It wasn`t. And, even if it were, seems to me there were quite a few Republicans in Congress controlling a lot of those economic decisions.

As to "Fact" #2, I`ll use a quote that many Conservatives who love Bush like to use. The whole "Well, we haven`t had a terrorist attack since 9/11 thanks to Bush." Okay, but after WTC was bombed in `93, we didn`t have one either. Now can you thank Clinton for that? No, it was his liberal foreign policies that led to 9/11. Not Bush and his cronies ignoring (and, yes, this is what is known as a "fact") the NUMEROUS REPORTS of bin Laden and Al Qaeda attacking with airplanes. And that the CIA trained bin Laden to fight during the 80`s when Bush Sr. was head of the CIA. And that the U.S. gave the Afghans weapons. And the only WMD`s that Iraq ever came up with were the ones that WE supplied them with.

Don`t turn this into a Bush vs. Clinton dispute. They both did good (Clinton much more than Bush) and they both did bad (Bush MUCH more than Clinton). But neither of them will ever be known as one of the best presidents we`ve ever had.

Bush will see a jail cell long before he his revered by this nation.
