^^^ Peter Finch was the first person to win a posthumous Oscar in 1977 for his role in Network.

I really hope he gets the Oscar, it would be a great way to honour his memory and I am sure his performance is worthy of it.

I usually get free movie tickets to the local theater because the owner is a friend of the family, but for this movie I`m driving an hour just to see it on the IMAX screen.

What`s creepy is, the last weeks Heath was alive, he was still acting like the Joker. He would only respond to people on the set if they called him Joker. Even if he was done shooting for the day he still acted like that.

^its called, getting in character. The best actors/actresses completely immerse themselves into the mindset of their character, it gives more realism to their mannerisms and actions, verbal and non verbal.

Looks great, glad the closest IMAX is only a half hour drive from here.

IMAX is a HUGE screen and even higher quality sound.

When you live in a small city like me, the difference between the theatres here and IMAX is HUGE.

^^^^^Hmmmm... so, he answered to "Joker" while filming The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus? Heath had already finished TDK way before dying.



Anyway... Usually I have to wait for 2 to 4 weeks for a movie to be released here (Hellboy 2 isn`t in theaters here yet >_< ), but TDK will be released on Friday... too bad the nearest IMAX theater is thousands of kilometers away :(
