EDIT: v I think it`s done in paint. You wouldn`t get those extra off beat pixels using photoshop. Agreed, none the less.

Fake (sorry).. The words "Speed limit" are supposed to be in bold, and are offset a bit to the left.. Plus the font is wrong on the sign anyways.
