I quit smoking about 4 months ago. The times I really want a cigarette now is when people talk about quitting or I see one of those anti-smoking ads.

I gave up 2 weeks ago.

As they say first week is the hardest. It really is hell. But after that it got much easier.

The best time to quit is when your on holiday, stress is one hell of great promoter for cigarettes.
