Luky for this one guy, sad for the hundreds of thousands of others who got little better or worse justice (ie. shafted), and still rot away in prison slave camps, ah, jail.

America`s "justice" system is one of the many things due for a serious teardown and rebuild. There are some good principals behind it, but not enough guarantees of real justice.

I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and I find it embarrassing that such a racist or elitist judge was even elected once, much less 5 times. I`m glad he is out now.

And I don`t blame you, assmaster, for your feeling either. This isn`t the first time Texas has fucked up(i.e. Bush).
