I did that once trying to do a kick flip, but it wasnt off of a loading dock. After that I gave up skateboarding.

I figured I`ll add to this as my best friend had this happen to him. In the skater world it`s referred to as a wooden tampon (greatest band name ever), and it ended up tearing his urethra.
