Yes, the economy is doomed to a decline if the federal reserve stands where it is, but who is going to listen? Although congress should do something about it, the important part is EVERYONE gets how fucked up this system is and push for a reform.

Great vid. He`s inaccurate about the oil speculation. He lapsed into an academic circumstance of free market determining oil prices. But a free market implies near perfect (or at least reliable) information, and the recent changes to oil regulation were made precisely BECAUSE futures traders knew they could profit from the secretiveness of their dealings. We don`t even know who is buying the oil, so there`s no way to determine how much of the current price in oil is real consumer demand and how much is artificially inflated demand for oil futures contracts. We have a pretty good idea and can estimate, but the market can make no distinction to self-correct until oil trades become transparent again.

But I understand why he dismissed it. He`s trying to bring attention to more fundamental problems with the way our economy is being manipulated. Rightfully so, mainstream media couldn`t be bothered with the news.

Also, the Federal Reserve is a PRIVATE bank, not part of the government. All currency that they create for our country is being loaned to us at interest. Just remember, that the international banking system exists to make a small number of elites very rich. Anyone else, ie. you and I are just expendable pawns. How does that make you feel?

This is acually a true statement, many presidents were assassinated when they tried to abolish this system. Abraham Lincion and JFK both had plans to change the monetary system. Anyone with a brain, knows that having a bank, that operates for profit, controlling the printing of money, should not be printing money.

IMO Ron Paul is looking at important issues, that are causing our problems. The US constitution, Federal Reserve, and the IRS just to name a few.

Best thing to do at this point is keep circulating videos like this. +1 for the poster, keep it up.

Most people get angry/upset when I mention things like this and don`t want to listen to it because they`re afraid of a recession. Even so-called educated people like my own parents wont listen to me because they have their own problems. Well, people, all of your own problems are going to get a lot worse if we just ignore things.
