I`ve fought guys like this in local kumate. I just hang back and step out of the way and they wind up tiring themselves out and get sloppy, at which point you just grab their leg and go in for a throw or a knee-bar.

Horribly inefficient fighting in this video. Check out Krav Maga or Russian Sambo.
