Hey it is a pretty interesting take on common practice.

I am not procrastinating I applied for 8 jobs which I wrote down. A lot of what he is saying isn`t procrastination..writing your goals down is good not bad:D

Brilliant!

And all of those things are procrastination, unless the act of making tea, writing a list, etc, is your actual goal. Writing a list of things you need to buy at the grocery store isn`t bad, but when you aren`t going shopping any time soon and you need to finish a separate task at hand, that fits the bill.

^Of course he said tea twice, this video is capturing the essence of procrastination which is sometimes repeating something you`ve already done.
