Isn`t Tae Kwon Do suposed to be as fast as Kung Fu but with more emphasis on strength? Cause if so, that guy sucked at Tae Kwon Do

2 things...

1. The Kung-Fu guy didn`t execute any kicks that are not practiced/taught in TKD (except the leg sweep), in fact the winning back kick is commonly used in sports TKD and is the same style kick that won gold for Korea (I think?) against Greece in the 2004 olympics.

2. I don`t think the guy in the white is a practitioner of Taekwondo... he is wearing what looks like a Karate Gi (with the cut down the front), not a TKD dobok...

Yeh, I agree with you, the other guy isn`t a practitioner of TKD; most TKDers have a traditional stance with their hands down, jumping around like rabbits and not bothering with their hands.

Regardless, not much the guy in white could do about it, red guy was just a superior fighter. And this is where I would say it doesn`t matter what style you fight with, you could choose the metaphorical "unbeatable-style" to learn. But if you`re shit, YOU`RE SHIT - fullstop
