^Conjoined twins and mutations causes by incest isn`t the same thing. If it had really been a cause of incest the extra limbs would have been connected to her brain, now they just hang there.

There are some isolated tribes in Africa where mutations have accrued. One rather famous tribe only has two large toes on each foot.
