Well in a case with an adult I could understand, but look how skinny that lil twerp is, see how good a grip that deputy has around his arm?He`s like a feather, not cool.Even with him squirming like that all you need to do is pinch his arm in 1 pressure point and he will submit.
When people say cops got picked on as young kids, they mean this douche, he probably never stood up to anyone before he made it out of the academy.
I guess it`s good to not see someone tazered to death by the ones who`s purpose is to serve and PROTECT

Agreed. There are times when the abuser and the abused deserve each other and are probably more alike than not.

The only problem is that cops who abuse kids like that are the same ones who are gonna show up at your house or my house when there`s some dispute or problem. If it`s not entirely clear who`s in the wrong, any one of us here could end up in handcufffs while they sort things out. And is there any one of us, responding to a stressful situation, who might not get upset, even angry?

Add the fact that the cops have a huge amount of institutional privilege; they have brothers in blue willing to back whatever story (lie) they tell, judges who get lied to by perps all day long who are more likely to believe a lying cop than a criminal telling the truth.

This cop got caught. This time. How many times did he do shit like this before? How many others do, too, who haven`t been caught yet? Who never will?

law enforcers are supposed to hold their emotions in check, and not use excessive force. this is an example of inappropriate force, but to be fair, that guy was mouthing off for a full 2 minutes on the tape. i wouldn`t be suprised if he was doing it before the video clip. cops are human too, and if i were there i wouldn`t like it if that guy was talking to me like that for at least a couple minutes nonstop. but still, cops are supposed to keep their cool so the cop there is probably going to end up with some sort of reprimand. i would agree with some sort of punishment, not sure what kind. but i`m not sorry for the kid though

The amount of force the cop used, the method, and the reason were all pretty fair and human. But, shitty little accidents happen now and then, and need to be dealt with fairly.

They really should pay for the kid`s dental bill. In all fairness, that`s an expensive bit of damage, and unless a judge gives it to you as a fine, no one deserves it. Heck, it should be a matter of pride for cops to be able to handle the merchandise without damaging it. If you don`t like the rule of law, then take a long hard think about what you wish for instead.
