I remember hearing about this. Apparently, the.. um.. midget, was a little drunk. The reason the police were called was because he was doing flips in the middle of the street. Before he decided to run he did a few flips for the officer. I believe the next day, the officer talked to someone who owned a circus type show and was looking for acrobates. The, um.. midget did a few flips for the owner of the circus and decided to give him a job or something like that.

there is more to this afterwards he does like 3 flips and the cop is like "wtf" and starts laughing a bit and than he trys to climb the pole so the cop grabs him off the pole and puts him in handcuffs and the best part is when he says "I can break these cuffs ahhhhh!!" and the cop says "no you cant..."
very fun if its your 1st time seeing. it will surly make your day as it did mine go look it up!!!

udvox you made yourself look like a horses ass because even i remember this episode of cops. the guy at the top was right. the cops were awesome and got the guy a job at one of the performance circus`s where they used midgets frequently. The guy even tried climbing up a pole to get away from the cop. left that out too.
