by now even your mother has built a water powered motor
problem lies somewhere else

I think this video was about 10 years old. I still don`t see any of these cars on the streets yet.

Its sad, that we have to have HIGH oil prices to push these technology... Its should be done 50years ago...

Well... In away.. The curse of high fuel, its a blessing for all of us?

I`m I stupid or electrolysis take a hell of electricity to separate H to O+O !? o_0

Where`s that energy come from!? Wheels? Break? Chuck Noris...?

^_^ Good Ole Japanese...

too bad this guy will probably end up dead & big oil will buy the patents and bury them with the rest of the inventions & innovations that are a potential threat...

And what the hell is powering this mysterious "energy generator"? Because any slightly informed retard would know that it takes energy to separate hydrogen and oxygen from water. Unless they managed to somehow accomplish cold fusion, this can`t work.

I hate stupid ignorant newscasters showing uninformed crap like this. Just saying that the car runs on water is pure BS.

Shit, now the price of H20 is going to skyrocket!!
^for you and others, and those interested...: Genepax has harnessed what it calls a "well-known process to produce hydrogen from water to the membrane electrode assembly (MEA). So the kicker here is that there seems to be no external voltage required to "split the water", but likely uses a novel catalyst designed by Genepax.

^^ Its powered by hamsters running into a wheel?
Or maybe a car battery.

^ that too

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genepax

The maker says it uses NOTHING other than water, not even a battery. You simply pour in water and the hand of god splits the molecule into oxygen and hydrogen and then puts it back together.

Also I REALLY wonder where they put salt and other left over chemicals in the water.

if you wiki the all old "H20 cars" that have been made it turned out they were frauds trying to embezzle investor money since they never submitted valid patents. since you know...the whole concept is against mathematics and chemistry itself...

The claim is that it requires no external energy from fuel or the mains, more likely is that it will require the filter/membrane/catalyst inside that magic box to be replaced once it is expended, that would solve the thermodynamics problem and move the energy source out of the car and into a factory.

Odd to think that enough chemical energy could be kept in that box to split water over a timescale useful to running a car, but there`s the claim. Think I`ll keep my chequebook closed for now.
