cmy200: Really not much chance of the pin coming out. They`re actually in there pretty tight and you have to give a strong jerk to pull it. (And you pull the grenade from the pin, not the other way around.) Trying to use your teeth, like they do in the movies, is a good way to remove your teeth.

Still, not exactly a safe practice.

Meh, it`s really not that dangerous. He`s doing it over his bed, and Logan xxxx is right, you could toss them against the wall and nothing would happen. Also those pins don`t just fly out, you actually have to pull pretty hard, plus there`s a safety clip on the lever as well.
