This is real news. Too bad the billions spent by the big networks are such a total waste.

You know you watched some good news when you feel enlightened about world events instead of entertained with over-exposed, high velocity graphics and air-headed reporters.

Meh this proves that global mainstream news agency`s only goal is to entertain ( and part of me says: keep un-informed) and get good ratings!

I endorse this product!

So let me get this straight, the most powerful, most corrupt (it can act without congressional or presidential approval) bank in the country is pressuring Iraq to legislate 50 permanent bases that tax payers will fund for the next hundred years? They`re using old debts as leverage after sending around Josh Bolton to every other country barking at them to relieve old Iraqi debts? Huh, that seems pretty shady on its face.

Wow, that seems like a news item so couched in corruption that it would GUARANTEE a controversy that people would tune in to hear more about. Now I don`t watch TV News, but I am supremely confident that this has gotten almost NO airtime in their "coverage" of the U.S. economy and Iraq.

I`ll further bet no one is covering that in all likelihood 50% or more of the recent spike in oil prices and general inflation is due to hedge fund managers manipulating the price of oil for their own short term benefits. There USED to be regulations against that, but the Republican majority in 2000 quietly legislated a loophole at the behest of Enron and others. That loophole was widened to the point of virtually GUARANTEEING this current spike in oil would happen when Bush`s CFTC in 2006 (just 2 years ago) changed the rules for the ICE, allowing oil to be traded in private, unregulated stock exchanges. Look it up.

i bet those ppl were like OMGZWTFEROONIEEEESSS!?!?!?!?!?! when they opened up those boxes of ballistic missile parts. is DC really that bad a place? i did hear that it`s crime rate was pretty high though, pretty ironic for being the capital and all.

i had no idea i was capable of paying attention to news delivered sans blaring tickers, ten second long bite sized interviews, half minute long "in depth" pieces, and busty bimbos with non regional dialect.

and i`m not doubting that piece about DC...but really? that is too insane.

I swear I just sat completely baffled for the last 10 minutes. This is absolutely the VERY first time I have ever seen an actual news cast with real actual news. I even actively search for real news, Al jazeer and other sites are good, and I live in Japan so I certainly get a different perspective from say Faux news, but wow, this has been the most enlightening news cast I`ve ever witnessed. I`ll certainly be watching their site more often.

...Maybe she`s canadian...
