I wouldn`t necessarily put Craigslist at fault, but they`re going to have to implement some type of change to prevent that sort of thing from happening again, especially given the media coverage it`s getting.

If anything, make some way of tracking people who post the ads, so they can be caught later.
I don`t like privacy being invaded, but some services need to be tracked.
