the funny thing is, they actually do do those `exercises` in groups at work in the morning.

you learn them at school. the music that you do the exercises is played over the radio every morning too lol

exercises, are good, better than working in the office here. Get up in the morning, grumpy, walk around with morning hard on, shower, play with it, coffee + shitty breakfast, rush hour traffic, in office, seat on the chair for the rest of the day looking at the screen.
