I miss the good old movie commercials - these days its all about showing off all the biggest special effects in the 40 seconds of the movie advert. I really like this ad, because it actually shows nothing at all. Never actually seen the actual movie, but kind of curious to see it now after seeing this ad. =)

now, if i could only find a time machine to get back to 1986.....

This movie made me sleep with my .22 rifle when I was a kid... I lived on a farm just like in the flick and I was the only one home watching tv at 2am!

Saw it again recently and couldn`t believe it had me so worked up back then. Moink, your right about the build up to horror movies these days, nothing compares to some of the old stuff, even though it`s all red lights from below and dark shadows. lol
