Drunken_Master: There are no deserts in India. Coca Cola and other companies are pretty much "stealing" the water and leaving nothing but undrinkable wastage in the rivers.

The reason why they don`t move is called poverty. If you had no money, how would you move?

manofwar is right its most likely a war will start over water. My damn econ proffesor talked about the limited amount of fresh water in the world, even more in developed nations where they need tons of water to raise crops. I forget china is close to running out of its own fresh water; and goods chunks of fresh lakes r in russia and u.s. So in the future you`ll see Russia and U.S become the saudia arabia of water. The glaciers are the huggest water storage though, even now you see russia and poop load of nations laying claim to antartica and northpole..
