Sure, decent enough. But not good enough to win damned near anything in the 2006 World Cup. The Japanese keeper (can`t think of his name now -- anyone?) was fantastic however. The *ONLY* saving grace of the entire squad, including the overpriced European coach.

If it wasn`t for the Japanese keeper, they would have lost by 5 or 6 goals every game. The rest of the team appeared as utter newbies next to the Italians or even Aussies (mind you, I think the whole thing was rigged in favour of the Italians ... what a scam).
