I downloaded the HD version of this and it looks awesome as hell. the water looks sweet. Not a lot of things I can complain about, it looks like RA should do and I really like the amphibious troops-idea, except for assault destroyers, that was just stupid...

Way too colorful ... why don`t they make RTS games that look more real and warlike? Even Red Alert 1 had a better color scheme.

Ummm yeah... Why don`t the planes explode when they hit the ground? This looks lame, just like any other C&C game. Yet again i`m waiting for Starcraft 2.

Aren`t the Tesla troopers based on Nikola Tesla`s Tesla coil? if so, awesome. Tesla was one of the best inventors easily.

Gumpster: . Based right of Nikola`s ideas, but improved of course. The tesla units in the RA series is pretty much THE reason why it`s so awesome. You have tesla tanks, troopers, coild and it seems like you even have ships.

zaiyar: Personally I would disown RA 3 if it tried to look realistic. With RA 2 the series was pretty much made into a fun and cartoony series. It`s like how people would assume world war would be fought during the 50`s, mind control devices and teleportation troopers.

It`s like if you look at the FPS genre. There are games like Rainbow Six and SWAT which are very realistic, however they are rarely any fun. Then you have Team Fortress 2 which is probably one of the funniest games I`ve played in a while.
