I don`t blame her for switching gears to supporting and hoping to get the VP appoint from Barack. She probably planned to from the beggining it is just the simple fact that media would have a frenzy if you said "I want to win, but I will accept the VP position if I lose." Kind of a defeatist attitude, if you walk into a job interview and say I`d like $100,000 a year but I will accept $80,000, what do you expect to happen?
