so it`s more like a new type of billboard? must cost a lot to have so many moving parts, wonder how much electricity it uses compared to LED or those temporary traffic billboards. i know that a while ago a guy invented a sign that uses lots of wells of water and ink, and each well could be charged with electricity and hold the charge without further input, and the ink would turn black. the next thing he was working on was to give it more colors. i wonder if it ever picked up. seems more cost effective than this system. this is pretty cool though because of the moving parts
