Crap.
Chuck Jones should`ve stuck to Roadrunner and the Grinch, and left toons like T&J to Tex Avery, et el.
Jones` animation techniques worked really well for R.R., but applying those techniques to other toons just fucked them up.

I never did like Tom and Jerry, I just slept through noon when it was on for an hour block on cartoon network so I could watch something better afterwards. I dunno, it`s not that it`s a bad show, but, it doesn`t do anything for me.

Aside from that, props for cartoon violence back in the day.
