This has been going on since the 60s. People need only identify the most aggressive people who are pushing for violence to know where the provocateur is and then quietly eject them form the protest (or kick the shit out of them since they are nothing short of nazi goons).

We are doing the same thing with so-called `terrorist` groups, where we plant agents who solicit young dumb guys and convince them to do something illegal. Most of these kids would never have done so on their own, but we manufacture a crime to justify crackdowns.
