I looked into potentially getting a sloth as a pet after seeing this rash of cute sloth videos. It turns out that it`s next to impossible to feed it enough, and they`re not friendly at all. All they do is sleep in a tree that you put out for them, and eventually come down to take a liquidy crap at the base and eat and then go back up. If you try to touch them, they will slowly reach out a very sharp claw and bite you, and then go back to sleep.
But they are cute as fuck.
