wonderful design, but I wonder 2 things though:

1. How would this perform in an actual cold climate? He said it got to around 30 degrees, so a little under freezing, but up north in Canada, it can get to -40 degrees (both in same temperature systems btw), so I wonder if it can still supply enough heat, or if a variation could be used?

2. Also, this house was quite large, what about a smaller 1100 sq. ft. home? Would a smaller house still have the advantage of this convection loop, or would taller, thinner houses have to be made (like in Denmark for example)?

@scuba21. convection should work in any type although im sure the actual house will be built to utilize convection in a way to make the heating system near perfect. as for 1, i doubt it but who knows
