There - in or at that place (opposed to here): She is there now.
Their - a form of the possessive case of they used as an attributive adjective, before a noun: their home; their rights as citizens; their departure for Rome.

Looking back at it, this is pretty damn good. When I first read and saw the movie back in high school, it sucked because of the crappy delivery. It`s sad how so many teachers (in my personal experience) manage to destroy good literature. It`s why I always hope that we never go over any of my favorite books in class.
